Tyler has been helping grow and develop leaders for over a decade in both the private and public sectors. He is driven to help clients identify and grow the leadership capacity within their organization.
Tyler specializes in organizational development and design. He applies sound change management principles to helps his clients successfully manage transformations.
Tyler has a passion for adult education and wholeheartedly believes in a growth mindset. Tyler has taught a number of courses through the Faculty of Extension at the University of Alberta as well as facilitating countless sessions for his clients.
Vesna Kos MBA

Vesna has over 10 years of experience working for a variety of industries including government, education, healthcare and retail sectors

Vesna is passionate about helping leaders, organizations and communities develop and grow. She has had the privilege of becoming a certified practitioner in programs including: Leading with Emotional Intelligence, EQi-2.0 and EQ360; Coaching Out Of The Box; Resilience@Work for individuals, leaders and teams; Crucial Conversations; Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step I and Step II. Currently Vesna is working towards Associate Certified Coach status with the International Coaching Federation.
